Upstir.co.uk is owned and maintained by Upstir Ltd, an Annetton Group company (“we” or “us”). We are responsible for the collection and proper management of any personal information you submit. What information do we collect?

For the purposes of fulfilling orders and completing customer queries we will collect personal data that will include; Full Name, Address, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Usernames, Passwords and financial information. We do not have open access to your financial information, this will be converted by either Wix Payments or PayPal into a payment token for us to process. We also collect website usage information. We do this using cookies (see cookies section below).
